As a vital component of our financial planning and investment advisory services, this role involves working closely with a financial advisor to provide comprehensive support in a financial planning firm. Role Overview:
· Position: Financial Paraplanner
· Location: St. Louis Park, MN
· Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies.
· Provide investment advisory support, including market research and analysis.
· Utilize advanced Excel skills to create financial models and perform data analysis.
· Assist in the preparation of financial reports and client presentations.
· Engage in client meetings to understand their financial goals and requirements.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Education and Certification Requirements:
· A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
· Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Skills and Abilities:
· Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proactive attitude with the ability to work both in a team and independently.
· Strong project management skills, including prioritization, documentation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
